Aye, it's possible but there's nothing to suggest they can achieve that position at this stage,more so by the turn of the year, there's no more games till near the end of November. 

Hearts challenging top 4? Hmm, not convinced 

That is a huge stretch, the top 3 places are all but covered already and the likes of Hearts  will be challenging top 4 by the turn of the year, 5th is a distant maybe and 6th more achievable for us
